Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Made For You LLC (“we”, “us”), [COMPANY ADDRESS], the operator of the Made For Me app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Made For Me

To use the Service, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• live in the United States;
• be able to enter into a binding contract;
• not have been convicted of, or pleaded no contest to, a felony or any crime involving violence or a sexual offense, and not be required to register as a sex offender;
• not have been banned from the Service before; and
• not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

You may have only one account.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information, including your real birth date, which cannot be changed after sign-up.
• Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at info@made4me.me if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Community rules

When using the Service, you must not:

• pretend to be someone else or create a fake profile;
• use photos of anyone other than yourself, or photos of a minor;
• harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate or abuse anyone;
• post or send content that is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
• ask for money or financial information from other members, promote investments, or run any scam;
• advertise, solicit, or use the Service for commercial purposes, including escort or sex-work services;
• send spam or unsolicited messages in bulk;
• share another person’s private information without their consent;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service or collect information about members;
• interfere with, probe or try to get around the security or limits of the Service; or
• break any law or encourage anyone else to break these rules.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the photos, bio, answers, profile details, messages and reactions you post or send (“your content”). You keep ownership of your content.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, display and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for content we keep as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, message excerpts attached to a safety report).

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post, and that it does not break these terms or any law. We may remove or restrict content that we believe breaks these terms. We do not review all content before it is posted.

Content from other members is their responsibility, not ours. If you see something that breaks these rules, please report it.

5. Reporting, blocking and enforcement

• Report a member from the menu on their profile or in your conversation. Choose a reason (fake profile, inappropriate content, harassment or abuse, spam or scam, suspected underage member, or something else) and add details if you like. Reporting also blocks the member. Recent messages from your conversation are attached to the report so our safety team can review them.
• Block a member from the same menu. Blocking removes the match and conversation for both of you, and neither of you will be shown to the other again. The other member is not told who blocked whom. You can unblock members in the Profile tab.
• Our safety team reviews reports and may take no action, issue a warning, suspend an account while we investigate, or permanently ban an account. A suspended account can still open its settings but cannot appear to others, like, match or send messages. A banned account can no longer use the Service.
• If you think we made a mistake about your account, email info@made4me.me.

We may also act on information from outside the Service, such as law enforcement requests, where it shows a risk to members.

6. Meeting other members

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. We do not run criminal background checks or verify the identity of members, and we do not guarantee that any member is who they say they are or how they will behave. Take sensible precautions: meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you have met through the Service. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first.

7. Premium features and payments

The Service does not offer in-app purchases at launch, and we do not charge you for using it. Some features are marked as Premium. If we introduce paid features later, we will show you the price and any additional terms before you buy, and purchases will be processed by Apple or Google under their terms.

Compatibility percentages and summaries are based on astrology and your answers to our questions. They are offered for entertainment and are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, then Delete account. See our account deletion page for what is deleted and when.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove your content, at any time if we believe you have broken these terms or the law, if your use creates a risk for other members or for us, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 4 (the parts about retained content), 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after your account ends.

9. Our rights in the Service

The Service, including the app, its design, text, compatibility content and logos, belongs to Made For You LLC and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose under these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service.

10. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store’s terms. These terms are between you and Made For You LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and are not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that you will find a match, or that any information on the Service is accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made For You LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or the conduct of any member, on or off the Service.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Made For You LLC against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service, your interactions with other members, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, delete your account.

16. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
